Sumatra benzoin
The bulk benzoin of the world, grown in kemenyan gardens in the Batak highlands of North Sumatra. A cinnamate balsam: warmer, spicier and smokier than Siam, cheaper, and the material behind most church incense and pharmacy tinctures.
